I began my career at one of the nation’s preeminent corporate bankruptcy firms, representing bondholders, hedge funds, and most significantly, corporate debtors before, during, and after their chapter 11 proceedings. I have worked with businesses at their most vulnerable, shepherding them through reorganization after filing for bankruptcy and getting them through to the other side despite significant operational hurdles.  Subsequently I worked at larger firms, including a 600+ attorney national law firm, and my clients included major entertainment and media players. While my years in corporate bankruptcy and litigation are behind me, these experiences taught me how to work collaboratively with my clients during high-stress intervals, and to mitigate contract-related risk from the perspective of a former litigator who has seen things go wrong.

Outside of the law, I was the first hire at a pioneering agency placing high-end creatives across fashion, design, and culture as talent in campaigns with major brands. We also advised on brand advancement strategy and strategic partnerships. In my following role as Director of Community at a lauded sustainable fashion company, I worked on the release of a capsule collection in collaboration with a major celebrity and executed a comprehensive and successful engagement strategy that included influencers, celebrity stylists, journalists, and creatives. I also helmed our efforts to partner with leading brands and institutions in conscious apparel. I was energized by helping an aesthetically inclined, purpose-driven company grow its audience. I seek to serve similarly minded clients to achieve the twin goals of growth and impact, now using my legal skills.

I graduated from UCLA and received my law degree from the UCLA School of Law.  I am licensed to practice law in California and New York.
